So What Does the Quarter Time Club Do?
The QTC fulfills its mission by using its funds toward three priorities:
Employee Morale – The QTC sponsors and holds a variety of activities and events throughout the year to promote community and increase morale both agency-wide and exclusive to QTC members.
Benevolence/Hardship – The QTC provides financial assistance to qualified employees and their families who have nowhere else to turn in a crisis situation.
Discretionary Fund – The QTC periodically encourages sponsored departments to request funds for the betterment of the work environment for the benefit of the employees.
